This indoor cycling class focuses on interval training and monitoring the heart rate, while you ride. Heart rate monitors are optional. Those with a Suunto heart rate belt, receive a personal feedback report with their results. Suunto Belts are available for purchase at the front desk.
In this flowing vinyasa class, your teacher will guide you through sequences while suggesting an intent or focus to help you connect more personally with the practice. Vinyasa cultivates internal heat, so combined with a heated studio, it helps to purify the body by releasing unwanted toxins through sweat.
