• Evening indoor cycling classes are back! Monday/Wednesday 4:30 RPM & Suunto HR w/ Georgie and Brenda AND…..Tuesday/Thurday, 5:30-6:45pm CycleJam w/ India and Susan.
• Tuesday/Thursday morning Suunto Heartrate Training – Time change. The 8:30am class will now begin at 8:15am and go until 9:00am.
• Tuesday, 10:15am – NEW CLASS! CX Works (half hour core class) with Emily from 10:15-10:45am.
• Tuesday, 5:30pm Winter Sports Conditioning at Dollar! Ski/Board harder, longer and reduce the risk of injury!
• Wednesday, 8:15 – 9:15am NEW CLASS! Strong Flow with Danielle. Strong Flow is about really keeping it moving with interesting combinations and sequencing. A vigorous practice sure to make you sweat. Starts October 12th.
• Wednesday - 4:00pm – Gentle Yoga / Sport Stretch with Yvette. Unwind and reset. Enjoy, hip and shoulder openers, release the back and hams with NO standing postures.
• Wednesday, 5:30-6:45pm – Welcome Tara Fankhanel! Tara hopes to offer the opportunity to enhance every individuals unique path through highlighting yoga philosophies both physically and emotionally.
• Friday Gentle Yoga for Athletes will return to its original time. 7:00-8:00am with Brenda. There is a natural transition at 7:30am for those who like to come in for the last half hour. No excuses… Get your stretch on.
• Friday, 8:00-8:55am – Winter Sports Conditioning with Kristen or Yvette (held in the fitness studio). Ski/Board harder, longer and reduce the risk of injury!
