Brenda an ACSM Health Fitness Instructorand Certified Yoga Instructor. She also holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Sports Nutrition. Brenda has been in the fitness industry for 20 years, yet still maintains the energy and enthusiasm she had early in her career. Throughout her experience, Brenda's constant passion has been teaching group exercise, personal training, yoga, and helping her clients understand the importance of the nutritional component in their routines. Brenda still has the energy and enthusiasm she had as a young leotard- and leg warmer-wearing 20-year-old, but with much more wisdom for the safety and programming aspects of exercise.
