Indoor Cycling Bios
Some of Amanda’s earliest memories were of early mornings, adjusting the rabbit ears with her dad and watching the Tour de France. Her love of cycling began then, although she never raced a bike until her 30’s. Once she did, she was hooked.
A relative newcomer to the valley, Amanda immediately fell in love with everything Zenergy had to offer; especially the potential that the spin classes held. A financial advisor by day, she loves numbers and data and understands the importance of training in zones.
When she isn’t spinning, you’ll find her fishing, horseback riding, skiing, and exploring Idaho with her incredible husband and family.
Hi, I’m Joel. I like to ride and race bikes (road, gravel, and mountain) and I like to ski (alpine, backcountry, and Nordic). I also like teaching spin. I tend to teach classes that align with the cadence of the music and that have a lot of ‘climbing.’
Beth has recently joined the Zenergy indoor cycling team. Beth holds a license in clinical social work, works as a school social worker for the Blaine County School District, and has a private therapy practice.
Teaching spin is a great addition to Beth’s commitment to service for our community. With a strong sense of rhythm and musicality, Beth mixes a variety of music genres to inspire, motivate, and create an atmosphere for all levels of athleticism.
