Jacqui Olson discovered the benefits of yoga while attending college at Willamette University where she earned a B.A. in psychology with a minor in philosophy and played soccer. She weaves her playful and intuitive teaching style into every class using an energetic focus. Using the breath as her foundation; she encourages the mind to align with the body and soul. She has studied with some of the leading teachers in the west including Beth Stuart, Tracey Stanley, Cathie Caccia, Mary Bruce, and Victoria Roper. Certified by the Yoga Alliance, Jacqui’s knowledge includes Iyengar, the subtle body, Yin, Nidra, and Ayurveda disciplines. Namaste!
