Julie is a long-time resident of our valley having raised 3 children here; now enjoying them as adults. Her love of yoga began in savasana feeling the welcome release & true peace. Since then she has had many teachers, many workshops & many years of practice. Julie embraces all the basic tenets of the ancient yogic philosophy especially self-study and the benefits of focus & strength of asana practice & the subtleties of pranayama, mudra & mantra. She incorporates these aspects of yoga in a compassionate & inclusive manner & is available to substitute teach all yogis & is ready to chant always!
