Julie Sargent

Julie has been a Pilates devotee since 2003 after many years of active participation in Bikram Yoga. She received her M.A.T. Teacher Certification at Metropolitan Pilates in Seattle where she trained under Dorothee VandeWalle, a master Pilates teacher and widely recognized as one of the world’s leading teacher-trainers. Julie enjoys working with a wide variety of clients who appreciate the benefits of enhanced core strength to improve flexibility, balance, and overall fitness.
