Katherine Pleasants has been teaching yoga since 1999. She has studied with some of the leading teachers in the industry. She specializes in Essential Yoga Therapy, Iyengar, Viniyoga, Meditation and Advanced Restorative. Katherine has completed the Compassion Cultivating Training Program through CCARE with Stanford University. In addition, she is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner since 2009 and an AromaTouch Therapist.
