Lauri Bunting

Lauri brings over 25 years of experience to her yoga instruction, emphasizing breath, awareness and movement as important keys to unlocking physical and energetic blocks in the body, heart, and mind.  Lauri’s Vinyasa-based classes are physically challenging, mentally calming, and deeply purifying.  Her Hatha-based classes focus on three components of joint health: mobility, stability, and flexibility.  Lauri is a certified Advanced Teacher of Yoga Therapy as well as a certified Wellness Coach with a focus on healthy habits and lifestyle.
