We have a complete Masters program for our adult members. We offer 10 workout sessions per week that are included in the club membership. Each workout is coached on deck and geared towards every level of swimming from beginner master to the most experienced racer. Whether your goal is stroke improvement or competition, there is a place for you in this program. We are a registered United States Masters Swimming team called Zen Masters and many members participate in local, regional, open water, national and world masters swimming meets. PD on the Move

PD on the Move class was created to help me cope with PD’s symptoms. It is based on dance and athletic movements that focus attention on the affected areas due to PD’s progression. Just about everyone who has PD can benefit from the results. The class has evolved to encompass a variety of symptoms and conditions. It can be performed while: standing, siting and in some cases laying down. The class can be viewed as a bootcamp for Parkinson’s. In order to gain a certain measure of success against PD you need strength, balance and special awareness. And, it does require serious effort and perseverance. There are no days off from PD. After taking PD on the Move classes for a few weeks, most people gain more strength, improve their stamina, regain their balance and recover lost and compromised abilities.
