This class focuses on the development of strength and power through big, compound movements. The goal of this class is to develop and unlock the inner athlete in all of us.Each week we will focus on learning and performing a movement with excellent form and then incorporate it into a workout.Some of the movements you will learn how to perform correctly are: squats, lunges, presses, dead lifts, kettle bell swings, planks and presses.
