Interval training for your cells, done lying still. A soft mask alternates low-oxygen and oxygen-rich air across a 45-minute session. The low-oxygen intervals trigger the way your cells sense oxygen — the biology behind the 2019 Nobel Prize in Medicine — which prompts them to clear out worn mitochondria and build fresh ones. The oxygen-rich intervals let you recover between them. Mitochondria-wear is one of the recognized hallmarks of aging, and this is aimed squarely at it.
Two or three sessions a week, over a course of at least ten weeks.
Hydrogen gas, generated from purified water, is delivered through a soft nasal cannula while you do something else. Most antioxidants are blunt, mopping up damaging and useful molecules alike. Hydrogen directly targets the most damaging ones first, and switches on your body’s own defenses.
Stack it onto any modality excluding altitude interval training.
Your lymphatic system has no central pump — it moves fluid using muscle movement, breathing and outside pressure. The boots supply that pressure while you lie still, inflating in sequence from the feet or hands upward, relieving soreness, fatigue and swelling. A session runs 25 or 50 minutes.
After a long run, a full ski day, or a flight.
Lie down in the light bed for 10-20 minutes while red and near-infrared light surrounds you head to foot. There is no UV and no heat. The light is absorbed by your mitochondria — the cell’s energy plants — raising energy production and releasing nitric oxide, which widens blood vessels so more blood reaches the tissue. Red (660 nm) works on skin and surface tissue; near-infrared (850 nm) reaches muscle, joint and bone.
For whole-body soreness rather than one spot.
Our high-intensity machine is a serious recovery tool, with extensive evidence behind it for relief of pain and stiffness. The applicator — a loop, paddle, or pad, depending on the area — sits over the joint and stimulates the nerve directly. You’ll feel a distinct tapping and probably see the muscle jump. The pulses pass through skin, clothing and bone, reaching deep muscle and joints that surface treatments can’t. For basic cellular repair, we also offer a low-intensity heated mat. You feel the warmth, not the magnetic field, and you can use it as often as you like.
Use the high-intensity side for one painful or stiff area, as a series of six to eight sessions. The mat is there any time.
Warm-water massage with no preparation. You lie fully clothed on a flexible membrane while pressurized warm-water jets travel across your body in programmable patterns. You feel the massage; you never touch the water. No oils, no table, nothing to take off.
Whenever you want to relax. It isn’t doing anything exotic — warmth and rhythmic pressure offer reliable relaxation.
You lie back while low-frequency vibration moves up through the body and sound plays through the headset. Most of your vagus nerve carries signals up to the brain rather than down — the vibration tells it the body is safe, and the brain stands down. A session runs 25 or 50 minutes.
Any time you need to unwind, or as a regular habit for a deeper effect on sleep and stress.
You lie back fully clothed on a heated membrane that holds you just short of floating — float-tank conditions, minus the water and the shower afterward. Your nervous system spends every waking second processing where your body is and what’s touching it. Nearly weightless and warmed to skin temperature, almost all of that goes away, and the pressure comes off the spine.
On scheduled cryo days it runs cold instead, around 40 F — same position, opposite effect, and an easier way into cold than the plunge. Helps accelerate muscle recovery, joint decompression, and reduced inflammation.
Warm any time everything’s clenched and you want to sleep better. Cryo when you want to feel switched on.
You submerge into ice-cold water for just seconds at a time. That immediate cold triggers a cascade of physiological responses: blood vessels constrict, your nervous system activates, and your body releases endorphins. Over repeated sessions, your system adapts, improving circulation and metabolic function.
Research suggests 11 minutes per week, divided into 3-4 sessions.
Heat and minerals work together. The sauna warms you deeply while salt ions reach your respiratory system and skin. You’ll feel tense muscles relax and your breathing ease. Over time, regular sessions improve cardiovascular function and support natural detoxification.
Aim for 3-4 sauna sessions per week, with each session lasting 15-20 minutes to allow your body to fully experience the heat’s therapeutic effects.
Moist heat combined with eucalyptus aroma does two things: the steam hydrates your skin and opens your airways, while eucalyptus reduces inflammation in your respiratory system. You’ll feel your breathing ease within minutes, and the warmth relaxes muscle tension.
Aim for 3-4 sauna sessions per week, with each session lasting 10-15 minutes.
