Erin Finnegan, PT
Erin, a Physical Therapist, joined Sun Valley Sports Rehabilitation at Zenergy in 2010. Prior, she worked for the world-renowned Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. There she gained expertise in evidence-based treatments for both pediatric and adult patients with extensive orthopedic and neurological impairments. Erin received a grant from National Parkinson Foundation and is committed to implementing the most innovative strategies to improve the lives of those with Parkinson’s disease. She is an athlete who has earned USA Triathlon All-American honors and competed in the Ironman World Championships. Erin is compelled to help athletes of all abilities prevent and recover from injury, embrace an active lifestyle and accomplish their sport-specific goals.

Jennifer is our valley’s resident “brain trainer.” With her academic background in gerontology, neuroscience and longevity (two master’s degrees from USC) and her certifications as a Memory Care Coach and Brain Trainer (UCLA), she works one-on-one with Alzheimer and Parkinson’s clients and teaches Zenergy’s Parkinson’s classes. Jennifer is also certified in Pilates, Spinning, Movement Therapy and Hydrofit, so you will indeed see her name as an instructor for a variety of Zenergy classes.

Charlie Schubert
Charlie Schubert recently moved to the Wood River Valley with his fiancé, Kelsey Brennan, and his son, Dylan. Charlie has been an athlete his entire life, running track and playing football in high school and continuing his football career into college. After university, he left the east coast to travel out west to Crested Butte, Colorado, where he found his love for snowboarding and the mountain town lifestyle. Charlie has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Education and a Minor in Health. His personal training certification is through the National Council of Strength and Fitness, and he also has certifications for TRX, Kettlebell, and indoor cycling. Charlie has been training for over 13 years with experience working with people of all ages, fitness levels, and goals. He currently loves to work with young athletes to gain speed and agility and people who want to use fitness to improve their day to day lives. Charlie believes that personal training should be about lifestyle choices so your exercise routine is incorporated into an overall wellness regimen.

Devoted senior movement and wellness coach Carly Belle has dedicated her life to health and well-being for nearly twenty-five years. She is a nationally recognized and revered advanced corrective exercise specialist, senior movement specialist, Parkinson’s Movement and Mobility Trainer, yoga therapist, and nutrition guide. Her approach to combined neurocentric mobility training, flexibility, biomechanics, strength training, and nutritional medicine has changed the lives of hundreds and continues to do so.

Yvette has managed fitness programs and facilities in Boise and Sun Valley since 1990.
Yvette is currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RYS 200 Certified Instructor and StagesFlight Cycling Certified Instructor with a Kinesiology/Health Promotion degree from Boise State University. Since 1984, she has taught everything from ski conditioning to gentle yoga. Yvette’s enthusiasm and knack for teaching proper motor development and technical movement has made her a highly regarded instructor in the industry.
Yvette is the 2008 NGA Northwest Natural Masters Figure Champion and has trained several medalists in the field. As a competitive cheerleader, gymnast and track athlete, she ‘amped’ up her interest in running and has teamed up with a group of friends to win the Masters Division of the Sawtooth Relays seven times.

Kylon Myers
Kylon comes to Zenergy with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in biomechanics and exercise physiology from the University of Montana. Kylon brings a multifaceted approach to health and fitness, with backgrounds in both fitness and rehabilitation. His many years in a gym setting provide him with expertise in personal training, group training, specialized and sports training, and member management and satisfaction. He also has specialized knowledge in sports rehab, return-to-sport, and post-operative return-to-activity from his time working in inpatient rehabilitation. A coach and teacher at heart, Kylon works with all ages, skills and abilities as a welcoming and enthusiastic member of the Zenergy team. Kylon has a true passion for using health, fitness and wellness as medicine for bodies, minds, and communities.
As an Idaho-native, Kylon enjoys all that the Idaho wilderness has to offer. When he isn’t in the gym, he is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman.

Melinda Burdo
Melinda is a Certified Personal Trainer, Triathlon Coach, and Nutrition Coach.
She’s led an athletic life; competing in triathlon, soccer, track, cross country, and gymnastics. She has qualified for the Aquabike World Championships, been a nationally ranked triathlete and competed in 10k open water swims. Mel has years of experience coaching and guiding athletes around the world with their goals and dreams, helping them incorporate sports into life, no matter their struggles and abilities.
Her passion for helping active women enjoy a vital and confident life comes from her personal experience of playing hard, falling harder, and learning how to come back smarter and stronger. These silver linings helped define her focus on the changing needs of active women over 50 and that everyone can find their sweet spot later in life.
Mel was a Professional Chef for over 30 years. She worked with NFL athletes and their trainers, creating awesome meals for precise nutritional needs. She also made wine and cooked in Napa Valley and ran kitchens on private yachts in Alaska.
Mel has been visiting the Wood River Valley since she was a kid and decided to move here a few years ago with her husband Mike, black lab (Jean-Claude) Killy, and black cat Bode (Miller). She loves to explore her new playground in Idaho through gravel riding, hiking, alpine skiing, and skate skiing.

Kyle Sela, DPT, CSCS, OCS
Kyle is a physical therapist and strength coach who is passionate about proper movement, overall athletic development and enjoys helping clients achieve long term, sustainable health and fitness. His training and experiences have led to him attaining Board Certifications as a specialist in both orthopedics (OCS) and sport medicine (SCS).
At Zenergy you’ll find Kyle treating patients out of the physical therapy clinic, coaching classes and training individuals and small groups privately.
Kyle is a graduate of the Army/Baylor Doctorate Program and served on active duty in the Army for 7 years. This time included being the physical therapist for a brigade combat team while deployed to Iraq.
After his time in the Army, Kyle completed a sports medicine fellowship in the Management of Division I Athletes at Duke University. There, he worked extensively with Duke Athletics in a multidisciplinary setting helping athletes from all their teams recover from, manage and prevent injury.
Following Duke, Kyle and his family moved to the Boise, ID area where he was the Sports Medicine Program Coordinator, Sports Residency Director, and Clinic Manager for St. Luke’s Health System.
Kyle has helped many athletes achieve their fitness and performance goals. This includes being Kristin Armstrong’s therapist and strength coach for the 14 months leading up to the 2016 Rio Olympics where she won her 3rd gold medal in the women’s cycling time trial.

Lindsey is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who loves working with the variety of ages, injuries, conditions, and athletic levels the Wood River Valley provides. Be it post-surgery, orthopedic or sport related injury, chronic pain, or balance issues, Lindsey emphasizes mindful movement and provides tools for long term health and maintenance after injury.
As an avid runner, snowboarder, skier, yogi, and overall outdoors enthusiast, Lindsey appreciates the importance of helping people restore function, movement, and strength so that they can return to an active lifestyle.

A competitive swimmer from Santa Barbara, California, in her youth, Margie Caldwell-Cooper, B.A. Ed., Aquatic Exercise Association Global Fitness Professional of the Year 2006, loves learning as much as teaching all levels of exercise participants and instructors on land and in the water. Now certified by ACE (gold), AEA, AFAA and Yoga Alliance, she has grown with the fitness industry, moving from group classes taught in leg warmers to the current focus on core fitness, balance, and fusion workouts.

Maria was a competitive swimmer and diver from Connecticut. She holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from Southern Connecticut State University. Missy Russell
Missy Russell is an Elementary Education and Early Childhood trained teacher with her Water Safety Instructor certification from Red Cross. She has also trained in deep and shallow water Hydrofit. Missy has her AquAbility Therapeutic Aquatics for People with Disabilities Certificate and is the site leader for the Ketchum Aquability program. She currently works in the Blaine County School District. She enjoys water sports such as white water rafting, snorkeling, scuba diving, hydrofit classes and swimming. Missy looks forward with enthusiasm to helping participants hone their swimming skills to achieve water safety, fitness and enjoyment.

Suzanne has a degree in nursing, ACE Gold Certified Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Personal Trainer, Schwinn Certified Instructor, and an I.D.E.A. member. Suzanne has taught group fitness since 1979. Suzanne was a member of the winning Danskin Triathlon team “Carpe Mammae. *” Her therapeutic teaching approach is an artistic blend of her nursing degree, her career in the fitness industry, her experience as an oncology patient, and years as a competitive athlete. Suzanne enjoys skate skiing, alpine skiing, hiking, swimming, and offering volunteer time to Expedition Inspiration as well as the SVSS Music Conservatory. *This team was composed of breast cancer survivors. The literal translation of the team name is “Seize the Breast.”

Matt Harrigan
Matt learned to swim by the age of 2 in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. He went on to become a 5-time state champion in high school in 3 separate events and, in college, qualified and competed in the 2000 U.S. Olympic Team Trials in the 400 IM and 200 breaststroke. Matt competed during his four years at Princeton University where he won two individual Ivy League titles and is a former University record holder in the 400 IM. Matt entered the world of Masters swimming competition in 2008 as a member of The Olympic Club in San Francisco where he won seven individual U.S. Masters National Championships and broke the Masters World Record with his 200 Freestyle Relay team. Matt also set the Masters World Record in the 800 Freestyle Relay in 2009 with Southern California Aquatic Masters. Over the years, Matt identified his passion early childhood development and helping others. Relocating to Los Angeles in 2009, Matt became a swim coach, working with Harvard-Westlake High School, Notre Dame Academy and UCLA Bruin Masters. In 2009, Matt also became a certified infant and toddler swim instructor through the US Swim School Association and founded Swimming LA Swim School for babies as well as adults with fear of water. After COVID caused the closure of all of Swimming LA’s locations, Matt and his wife decided to pursue their dream of relocating to Sun Valley to raise their two boys.
Sawyer Rhodes
Sawyer grew up in Santa Barbara, CA, where he developed a deep passion for aquatic sports, transitioning from a surfer and lifeguard to focusing on water polo just before high school. After completing college in Southern California, where he played water polo for the University of Southern California, becoming an All-American and a Division 1 National Champion in 2018, he moved to the Wood River Valley in late 2021 to begin a career in commercial real estate.
In search of a new outlet for his love of aquatic sports, Sawyer began teaching masters swim at Zenergy. He brings extensive experience from his time on the Men’s Senior National Team, where he represented Team USA in various international competitions from 2017 to 2021. His classes focus on swimming speed, efficiency, and water safety, offering a fun, flexible environment for swimmers of all levels. Outside of the pool, you’ll find Sawyer swimming, cycling, or running with his dogs, as he prepares for local triathlons and other community events.

Alex Laws has found a balance between athletics and opening up your intuition. To date, running over 40 marathons and 15 Ironman tri-athalons Alex has made endurance athletics a way of life. Cycling races across the state of Oregon and from Oregon to Idaho he has developed training discoveries unique to him. “Riding 560 miles in 43 hours changed my understanding of what we as athletes can accompliosh.” Alex shares this with each spin class he teaches a level of inspiration and enthusiasm for the beginner to the accomplished athlete. A three time finisher of the Hawaii Ultra-man (6.2 mile ocean swim, 264 mile bike ride, and a 52.4 mile run), Alex brings his authenticity and passion to each class or private session he conducts.

Amando Porino
Some of Amanda’s earliest memories were of early mornings, adjusting the rabbit ears with her dad and watching the Tour de France. Her love of cycling began then, although she never raced a bike until her 30’s. Once she did, she was hooked.
A relative newcomer to the valley, Amanda immediately fell in love with everything Zenergy had to offer; especially the potential that the spin classes held. A financial advisor by day, she loves numbers and data and understands the importance of training in zones.
When she isn’t spinning, you’ll find her fishing, horseback riding, skiing, and exploring Idaho with her incredible husband and family.

Beth Citron
Beth loves being a part of the indoor cycling team at Zenergy. Beth holds a license in clinical social work, works as a school social worker for the Blaine County School District, and has a private therapy practice.
Teaching spin is a great addition to Beth’s commitment to service for our community. With a strong sense of rhythm and musicality, Beth mixes a variety of music genres to inspire, motivate, and create an atmosphere for all levels of athleticism.

India Wysong
India is a certified indoor cycling Instructor with FiTour and teaches at the YMCA as well. Her true passion is cycling outdoors in the mountains around Ketchum. She is most known for the all-women’s mountain bike group that she created in 2007, Mud Honey Cycling. Mud Honey is a group of women who are not afraid to have wheel fun on bikes; racing, riding and encouraging one another! India’s spin classes focus on going hard and having fun. India is a USA Cycling Single Speed National Champion; She also enjoys skiing, trail running and general merrymaking.
Cyndi Terry
Cyndi has been in the fitness industry for the last 30 years in Seattle, Southern California, and Sun Valley, and has taught a variety of group fitness classes. In the winter, she works on Bald Mountain as a Guest Services Supervisor. In the summer, Cyndi is a shooting instructor at the Sun Valley Gun Club.

Julie has been a Pilates devotee since 2003 and has been teaching at Zenergy since 2012. She received her M.A.T. Teacher Certification at Metropolitan Pilates in Seattle where she trained under Dorothee VandeWalle, a master Pilates teacher and widely recognized as one of the world’s leading teacher-trainers. Julie enjoys working with a wide variety of clients who appreciate the benefits of enhanced core strength to improve flexibility, balance, and overall fitness. In her spare time, Julie enjoys skiing, hiking, golf and travel.

She branched out and interned in the Santa Rosa Sports Medicine Department for 2 years with resident Olympic Athletic Trainer Byron Craighead. Erin received a grant from National Parkinson Foundation and is committed to implementing the most innovative strategies to improve the lives of those with Parkinson’s disease. Rob started playing tennis at the age of five. Throughout his junior years, Rob competed in Intermountain Division tennis tournaments, achieving great success. Rob started his career in tennis at Sun Valley Company at the age of 15, becoming their youngest full-time summer tennis instructor. He has been teaching professionally ever since. During his teaching experience Rob has co-instructed clinics and played in multiple exhibition matches with tennis professionals including Mats Wilander, Tom Gorman, Fred Stolle, and Tracy Austin. The experiences he has had with these professionals, as well as with other great tennis mentors, have greatly influenced his career and teaching style. Rob enjoys skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, alpine touring, mountain biking, hiking, golf, tennis, and rock climbing.

Jamie grew up in the Wood River Valley and took advantage of the many recreational activities in the area with a competitive focus on skiing, tennis, and soccer. He went on to play tennis at the University of Idaho where he studied Corporate Recreation. Jamie was selected to participate as a coach and athletic scout in Yugoslavia shortly after leaving college. When he returned to the Valley, he took a position with the City of Ketchum as the Recreation Supervisor, where he worked to develop and manage youth and adult athletic programs. During this time, he coached Idaho Junior Team Tennis, leading them to regionals. He has over 25 years of experience coaching and instructing tennis with both juniors and adults. He specializes in skills development to help individuals achieve their goals. Tim started playing tennis at the age of 6 on the tennis courts in the mid-west. His career continued and advanced quickly after moving to Florida were he refined his talent. Playing on top ranked teams and achieving wins as a junior player in a very competitive field. Tim’s achievements include wins in Open division tournaments. Tim’s skilled on all surfaces including clay were he defined his traditional technique. Tim’s ability to teach his trade was evident when he obtained his USPT P1 ranking. Tim has taught tennis at Health clubs throughout the US including Florida, Iowa and Colorado were he has always been recognized for his professionalism and development focus. He has coached player from top ranked junior players to top ranked college players.

She is still an avid skier and teaches for the Sun Valley Snow Sports School during the winter months. Her approach to yoga is very much from an athlete’s perspective.

Lauri brings over 25 years of experience to her yoga instruction, emphasizing breath, awareness and movement as important keys to unlocking physical and energetic blocks in the body, heart, and mind. Her Hatha-based classes focus on three components of joint health: mobility, stability, and flexibility. Pilar is known for her heartfelt and detailed teaching style. She practices and teaches yoga to bring a sense of alignment, mindfulness and compassion into all aspects of life. She believes in yoga’s positive healing effects on the mind-body connection, transforming our relationship with ourselves and the world we live in.
Drawing upon her 10-year background in dance, Pilar began studying yoga in 1991 and she has been teaching yoga since 1997. Her yoga studies include numerous teacher trainings, intensives and therapeutic workshops, and amongst her most influential yoga teachers are Genevieve Kapuler and Rodney Yee. Pilar co-designed and co-taught both the 200hr Sacred Cow Yoga Teacher Training program 2005 with Dana Strong, and the 200hr Hailey Yoga Center Teacher Training 2011 with Cathie Caccia. Pilar received a Masters Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is currently working as a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Sandi Hagel, L.Ac is a licensed acupuncturist, yoga instructor and nature lover. Sandi has been practicing Chinese Medicine since 2006. She has been trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as the 5-element tradition. Sandi’s yoga practice began almost 15 years ago and she has been teaching since 2003. You will find that Sandi’s style is taught from a vinyasa-perspective where the breath is emphasized as one’s guide through a well-balanced sequence of both yin/yang asana with the addition of fun, contemporary music. Sandi has been living in the Valley for 10 years and is passionate about her work and her outdoor play time. Yoga as a transformative practice is the heart of Tyia Wilson’s teaching. Her personal transformational journey with fibromyalgia inspired her to teach others how to heal, maintain, and strengthen their bodies through applying yoga with self-acceptance, inner nurturing, and conscious self-care. A 200 hour-RYT certified instructor, Tyia has been influenced through her studies with Manorama D’Avila, Eddie Modestini, Bhavani Maki, Cathie Caccia, Tracee Stanley, Pilar Tumolo, and Mariam Askari. Through the application of sanskrit mantra and toning, Tyia also uses her skills as a professional singer/songwriter and kirtan leader to teach the use of voice and sound to compliment one’s yoga practice. Tyia’s initial attraction to yoga was in developing subtle nuance and grace. As an instructor she focuses upon evolving cues and movements which offer practitioners the opportunity to expand their own understanding of themselves through each pose.

Victoria was first introduced to yoga in 1969, and it has become a constant unifying thread in her life. She began teaching yoga in 1997, and has delighted in sharing the benefits of yoga ever since, believing that yoga is accessible to all. Having had the good fortune to study with a wide range of teachers, she also completed the Intensive Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in 2004-05 in Piedmont, California, and now holds E-RYT 500 Certification. With a Hatha Blend style, Victoria has taught in southern Idaho and the Bay Area, joining the Wood River yoga community in 2006. Additionally, she has trained future yoga teachers through Shanti Yoga and IdaYoga. Victoria especially relishes teaching pranayama, yoga of the breath.

Yvette has managed fitness programs and facilities in Boise and Sun Valley since 1990.
Yvette is currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RYS 200 Certified Instructor and StagesFlight Cycling Certified Instructor with a Kinesiology/Health Promotion degree from Boise State University. Since 1984, she has taught everything from ski conditioning to gentle yoga. Yvette’s enthusiasm and knack for teaching proper motor development and technical movement has made her a highly regarded instructor in the industry.
Yvette is the 2008 NGA Northwest Natural Masters Figure Champion and has trained several medalists in the field. As a competitive cheerleader, gymnast and track athlete, she ‘amped’ up her interest in running and has teamed up with a group of friends to win the Masters Division of the Sawtooth Relays seven times.

She teaches with an emphasis on connecting to your breath while guiding you through creative sequences and balancing poses. A native New Yorker, Katie moved to the Wood River Valley in 2014. Katie’s classes are rooted in her background of practicing classic Ashtanga yoga, which led her to the love of more creative vinyasa yoga, linking breath to movement but still focusing on strong asana alignment. Outside of the yoga studio, Katie is an experienced biochemist and an avid lover of all outdoor activities in beautiful Idaho. In 2017, she moved to the north shore of Kauai and completed a massage program through Golden Lotus. After stints as a florist and a realtor, she found her true calling as a nail technician and has been providing top-notch manicures and pedicures for 23 years. She loves working as part of the Zenergy team. In her free time, Kathy enjoys hiking and cross-country skiing.

Julie Heneghan
Julie moved to the Wood River Valley in 1983 to take a year off and ski and it has been a wonderful year (X40 now)! In the time spent living here, she has owned and operated three businesses ranging from a bed and breakfast inn, a log furniture store, and a local food and gift shop. Best of all, she raised three very fine young men. She started working for Zenergy at the front desk in 2018. With a love and talent for cooking, she began using the Zenergy kitchen to make baked goods and soup for the juice bar. In 2021, Zenergy offered Julie the opportunity to become a nail technician. After 400 hours of classes, she joined the spa staff and is enjoying her time helping people have beautiful and healthy hands and feet. Julie says her favorite part of the job is hearing the interesting stories of the guests she sits across from and getting their favorite book recommendations! She also makes an amazing cuticle ointment, available at the spa desk, which helps to stave off the dreaded dryness of living in our beautiful mountain town. Her popular and delicious soups are available at the Juice bar.

Shannon is a native Idahoan and has been a nail tech at Zenergy for 20 years. In 2022 she became a licensed Esthetician and looks forward to expanding her offerings at Zenergy.

Karoline Droege, MPT
Karoline has been skiing and biking in Ketchum since childhood and has been a physical therapist in the Wood River Valley since 1999. She has focused on sports medicine and orthopedics since studying Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Utah. Karoline earned her Master’s degree at Idaho State University in 1999 and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. As a lifelong competitor, Karoline was an NCAA Division I alpine ski racer and was on the team that won the 2008 24-Hour Team Mountain Bike National Championships. Karoline also stays fit to keep up with her twin boys. At Zenergy Sports Rehab Clinic, Karoline focuses on helping patients recover from injuries and operations with the goal of becoming better than they were before.

Kyle Sela, DPT, CSCS, OCS
Kyle is a physical therapist and strength coach who is passionate about proper movement, overall athletic development and enjoys helping clients achieve long term, sustainable health and fitness. His training and experiences have led to him attaining Board Certifications as a specialist in both orthopedics (OCS) and sport medicine (SCS).
At Zenergy you’ll find Kyle treating patients out of the physical therapy clinic, coaching classes and training individuals and small groups privately.
Kyle is a graduate of the Army/Baylor Doctorate Program and served on active duty in the Army for 7 years. This time included being the physical therapist for a brigade combat team while deployed to Iraq.
After his time in the Army, Kyle completed a sports medicine fellowship in the Management of Division I Athletes at Duke University. There, he worked extensively with Duke Athletics in a multidisciplinary setting helping athletes from all their teams recover from, manage and prevent injury.
Following Duke, Kyle and his family moved to the Boise, ID area where he was the Sports Medicine Program Coordinator, Sports Residency Director, and Clinic Manager for St. Luke’s Health System.
Kyle has helped many athletes achieve their fitness and performance goals. This includes being Kristin Armstrong’s therapist and strength coach for the 14 months leading up to the 2016 Rio Olympics where she won her 3rd gold medal in the women’s cycling time trial.

Lindsey Ketterling, DPT, CSCS, OCS
Lindsey graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She brings to the Zenergy Sports Rehab team her special training in: vestibular and concussion rehab, the Fascial Distortion Model (manual therapy techniques), and Functional Dry Needling. Lindsey is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who loves working with the variety of ages, injuries, conditions, and athletic levels the Wood River Valley provides. Be it post-surgery, orthopedic or sport related injury, chronic pain, or balance issues, Lindsey emphasizes mindful movement and provides tools for long term health and maintenance after injury.

Erin Finnegan, PT
Erin, a Physical Therapist, joined Sun Valley Sports Rehabilitation at Zenergy in 2010. Prior, she worked for the world-renowned Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. There she gained expertise in evidence-based treatments for both pediatric and adult patients with extensive orthopedic and neurological impairments. Erin received a grant from National Parkinson Foundation and is committed to implementing the most innovative strategies to improve the lives of those with Parkinson’s disease. She is an athlete who has earned USA Triathlon All-American honors and competed in the Ironman World Championships. Erin is compelled to help athletes of all abilities prevent and recover from injury, embrace an active lifestyle and accomplish their sport-specific goals.

Jasmine’s journey in physical therapy started with a deep passion for both athletics and healing. While playing collegiate soccer at Arizona Western College, she refined her skills as an Athletic Training intern. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Gannon University. During her time at Gannon, Jasmine gained invaluable experience in an intensive neuro rehab unit and multiple outpatient clinics, including the renowned Zenergy.
Jasmine is also an avid outdoor enthusiast. She loves trail running with her golden doodle, playing golf, skiing, and trying out new sports. Her active lifestyle and dedication to physical health exemplify her commitment to helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Kylon comes to Zenergy with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in biomechanics and exercise physiology from the University of Montana. Kylon brings a multifaceted approach to health and fitness, with backgrounds in both fitness and rehabilitation. His many years in a gym setting provide him with expertise in personal training, group training, specialized and sports training, and member management and satisfaction. He also has specialized knowledge in sports rehab, return-to-sport, and post-operative return-to-activity from his time working in inpatient rehabilitation. A coach and teacher at heart, Kylon works with all ages, skills and abilities as a welcoming and enthusiastic member of the Zenergy team. Kylon has a true passion for using health, fitness and wellness as medicine for bodies, minds, and communities.
As an Idaho-native, Kylon enjoys all that the Idaho wilderness has to offer. When he isn’t in the gym, he is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman.

Derek Agnew
Derek has been the General Manager of Zenergy Health Club & Spa since 2007. During his tenure, he’s overseen numerous major Club improvement projects including the redesign of the main gym, renovation of the Club’s common areas and addition of the Pivot Studio, Zenergy’s Sports Rehab Clinic, the Boutique, a major Spa expansion and most recently The Peak Poolside Grill. Derek has been a Thunder Spring HOA Board member since his first year at Zenergy, actively helping to guide the homeowner’s association and property. He’s been working in guest services since his first job as a 15-year old beach attendant at Jonathan Club in L.A.; over the years, he’s worked for Bally’s Total Fitness, Genesis Health Club and the Peninsula Beverly Hills. Derek is an avid sports enthusiast, whether it’s skiing, golfing, mountain biking, or, of course, working out at Zenergy. He earned a full scholarship at the University of Colorado as a walk-on football player, and was fortunate enough to be on the Buffs’ 1990 National Championship Team. When he’s not at Zenergy or playing in the beautiful outdoors, he’s hanging out with his wife, Kathy, and their two kids Zeke and Ava.

Rob Kolb
Rob started playing tennis at the age of five. Throughout his junior years, Rob competed in Intermountain Division tennis tournaments, achieving great success. Rob started his career in tennis at Sun Valley Company at the age of 15, becoming their youngest full-time summer tennis instructor. He has been teaching professionally ever since. During his teaching experience Rob has co-instructed clinics and played in multiple exhibition matches with tennis professionals including Mats Wilander, Tom Gorman, Fred Stolle, and Tracy Austin. The experiences he has had with these professionals, as well as with other great tennis mentors, have greatly influenced his career and teaching style. Rob enjoys skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, alpine touring, mountain biking, hiking, golf, tennis, and rock climbing.

Laura was born and raised in the Wood River Valley and came promptly back home after attending St. Lawrence University in upstate New York for college. After a handful of years working for different environmental organizations in the Valley, ski bumming, and waitressing she went back to school in Missoula and received a master’s degree in environmental studies with a focus in local food systems. That brought her back to the Valley again to work on an organic veggie farm for a number of years. She began working at the Zenergy spa during the winter months while on hiatus from farming and fell in love with the place. You can now find her at the spa desk full time. Laura lives out Warm Springs with her husband, also a Ketchum native, and their dog Freddie Mercury. Laura loves spending time with her family, who also live in town, hitting the ski slopes and cross country trails, biking, hiking, fly fishing, and camping in our amazing valley!

Tim Negrey
Tim is a triple threat at Zenergy – a USTPA Level 2 Tennis Pro, our Janitorial Supervisor, and Member Services teammate.
Tim started playing tennis at the age of 6 on the tennis courts in the mid-west. His career continued and advanced quickly after moving to Florida were he refined his talent. Playing on top ranked teams and achieving wins as a junior player in a very competitive field. Tim’s achievements include wins in Open division tournaments. Tim’s skilled on all surfaces including clay were he defined his traditional technique. Tim’s ability to teach his trade was evident when he obtained his USPT P1 ranking. Tim has taught tennis at Health clubs throughout the US including Florida, Iowa and Colorado were he has always been recognized for his professionalism and development focus. He has coached player from top ranked junior players to top ranked college players.
Tim’s other passions and interests include: Exploring the mountains, skiing, cycling Fly-fishing and 24hr OCR racing. His Philosophy “Teach, Learn and Grow”

Joel Bernbaum
As the Creative Director, for Zenergy, Joel Is responsible for the creative vision, the look, the feel, and the tone of the Zenergy brand. Working closely with the executive team, in-house marketing and outside creative agencies to ensure company values, brand promise and standards are adhered to. Joel is a meticulous creative professional with a skill set that is uniquely suited to building brands and companies by producing dynamic, marketing and communications collateral. Most recently, serving as the Global Eyewear Category Manager at Smith Optics. Prior to his tenure at Smith Optics, Joel served as the Creative Director for SCOTT SPORTS.

Melinda Burdo
Melinda is a Certified Personal Trainer, Triathlon Coach, and Nutrition Coach.
She’s led an athletic life; competing in triathlon, soccer, track, cross country, and gymnastics. She has qualified for the Aquabike World Championships, been a nationally ranked triathlete and competed in 10k open water swims. Mel has years of experience coaching and guiding athletes around the world with their goals and dreams, helping them incorporate sports into life, no matter their struggles and abilities.
Her passion for helping active women enjoy a vital and confident life comes from her personal experience of playing hard, falling harder, and learning how to come back smarter and stronger. These silver linings helped define her focus on the changing needs of active women over 50 and that everyone can find their sweet spot later in life.
Mel was a Professional Chef for over 30 years. She worked with NFL athletes and their trainers, creating awesome meals for precise nutritional needs. She also made wine and cooked in Napa Valley and ran kitchens on private yachts in Alaska.
Mel has been visiting the Wood River Valley since she was a kid and decided to move here a few years ago with her husband Mike, black lab (Jean-Claude) Killy, and black cat Bode (Miller). She loves to explore her new playground in Idaho through gravel riding, hiking, alpine skiing, and skate skiing.

Maryam Ehsani
Maryam has practiced yoga for 25 years and began teaching in 2013. She offers private, semi-private, and group classes for all levels and established her own studio in 2017. Her Zenergy classes range from gentle, slow flows to dynamic power flows, suitable for practitioners of all levels.
When she’s not teaching, you can find Maryam staying active in the beautiful outdoors.
