CHECK IN
We recommend arriving at the Zenergy Spa at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so you can enjoy the optimal spa experience. We regret that arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.
GRATUITIES
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. An amount of 15% to 20% is customary.
WHAT TO WEAR
A robe, sandals and locker will be provided upon your arrival. The Zenergy pools and hot tub are co-ed, so please bring a swimsuit.
CANCELLATION
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and to our staff, please give 24-hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full for your treatment.
YOUTH SPA POLICY
Children under 8 are not allowed in the spa, but can be accompanied during salon appointments.
When accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, spa access is allowed for children between 8-13. Spa services are available to minors between the ages of 14-18 (with a parent or guardian’s written consent.)
