Join our Waitlist
Zenergy Health Club requires a $500 non-refundable waitlist deposit. The $500 deposit will be
applied to your initiation fee when you join the Club. If you choose to forego membership when your name comes up, your deposit will be forfeited, and rejoining the waitlist will require an additional $500 deposit.
