Zenergy’s fun group fitness classes are held throughout each day to fit a variety of schedules. The studio’s spring-loaded maple flooring provides a responsive environment for our innovative, challenging, and broad class offerings.
Children 12 and older may attend classes, if accompanied by an adult. (Excluding BODYPUMP.)

This Body Pump class is a high-energy weightlifting workout that uses a barbell and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups. The class is set to music and focuses on performing high-repetition exercises to build strength, endurance, and muscle tone. You’ll work through moves like squats, lunges, presses, and curls, with the goal of improving overall strength and fitness. It’s a great class for anyone looking to get stronger, leaner, and more toned in a fun, motivating group setting.
Body sculpt is a high rep full body strength training program. This 45 min to one-hour workout uses an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight to build lean muscle and improve coordination for everyday life activities. The class incorporates traditional exercises with innovative functional movements, set to dynamic music in a motivating atmosphere.
Cardio Dance class is a fun, high-energy workout that combines dance moves with cardio exercises to get your heart pumping. Set to upbeat music, you’ll follow easy-to-learn routines that help improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and endurance. It’s a great way to burn calories, boost energy, and have fun while dancing to a variety of music styles, from pop to hip-hop. No dance experience is required—just come ready to move and enjoy the music!.

A specialized movement class designed to allow people with Parkinsons Disease to experience the joys and benefits of exercise while addressing symptom specific concerns, related to balance, cognition, motor skill, depression and physical confidence. Free and open to the community. Family and caregivers are invited to join the class.
A low-impact workout class that focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and enhancing body alignment using just your body weight and a mat. The class includes a series of controlled movements and exercises that target your abs, back, legs, and arms. It’s great for improving posture, toning muscles, and increasing overall strength and flexibility in a gentle but effective way.
Power Barre class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Using the ballet barre for balance and support, you’ll perform small, controlled movements to target muscles in the legs, glutes, and core. The class focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility, with fast-paced exercises designed to challenge and tone your body. Expect a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more sculpted, with a good mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility.
Expect Agility, coordination, energetic dance and brainwork in this classic cardio workout.
This guided flexibility class blends contract-and-release stretching with longer holds and steady breathwork to increase range of motion and ease tight muscles. Expect focused work for the back, hips, and shoulders, along with deep lengthening of the hamstrings and quadriceps. Ideal for athletes looking to restore mobility, move with more freedom, and recover with intention.
