CycleJam – A cycling class that is beat-based. Think loud music and lots of “out of the saddle” climbing to the rhythm. This high passed session is just 45 minutes but packs a serious punch. “Bicycling is life with the volume turned up!
Power Lunch! – This 30 minute interval ride is quick, hard and to the point. Burn fat, increase endurance and still have time for lunch!
RPM Power Ride– This class uses RPM’s (Revolutions per minute) combined with power meters and perceived exertion to get the most from your workout. Enjoy a little visualization and outdoor training techniques as well while you ride to boomin’ music.
Joel’s RPM Power Ride aligns with the cadence of the music and involves a lot of climbing. He even includes a short, intense bit of core work. Definitely a “Killer ” training session! Loud music. Occasionally explicit lyrics.
Rythmatic Meditation™ – A unique meditation indoor cycling workout which combines the meditative rhythm of spinning with a focus on inner peace and self-awareness.
Suunto Heart Rate Training Ride – This indoor cycling class focuses on interval training and monitoring the heart rate, while you ride. Heart rate monitors are optional. Those with a Suunto heart rate belt, receive a personal feedback report with their results. Suunto Belts are available for purchase at the front desk.
Suunto HRT Cycling for Masters – Age 40+. Including specific HIIT training designed to keep muscles tendons and ligaments strong and supple, Endurance sets designed to strengthen cardiovascular system, elongated warm up and specific cool down stretches. Fun, upbeat and inspirational music that’s not too loud.
The studio features Stages SC1 cycling bikes with Power meters! Our Sunnto heart rate monitor system is integrated with a flat screen monitor to provide instant heart rate information.
Please Note: Due to the high demand for our Indoor Cycling classes, it will be required to pick up a number from the front desk in order to reserve a bike for class. You may pick up a number up to one hour prior to class and you must be present in class 5 minutes before start time.
