Get Pumped in Your Hotel Room!

Staying fit while traveling can seem like a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be. You can complete an entire bodyweight workout in your hotel room while waiting for your turn to get in the shower. The following routine takes less than 10 minutes and will rev up your metabolism and leave you feeling energized. Repeat the entire circuit three to five times for a better burn and more muscle development.
THE HOTEL WORKOUT
Do the following moves in the order listed.
Active Plank – Hold for 1 minute
Single-leg Bridges – 15 with each leg
Traditional or Bent-Knee Push Ups – 15 reps
Bent-over Rows With Suitcase – 15-20 reps holding a small suitcase
Multi-directional (Forward/Side/Back) Lunges – 15 reps each leg
Jump Squats – 10 reps
Sit Squat – Hold up to 1 minute
Bicycle Crunches – 20 reps on each side
Supermans – 15 reps each side
