Zenergy’s fun group fitness classes are held throughout each day to fit a variety of schedules. The studio’s spring-loaded maple flooring provides a responsive environment for our innovative, challenging, and broad class offerings.
Children 12 and older may attend classes, if accompanied by an adult. (Excluding BODYPUMP.)

A powerful blend of standing and floor work that emphasizes correct alignment and posture to acquire a lengthened and lean body.
During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breath control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
Body Pump is a 60-minute group fitness weight lifting workout featuring great music, great instructors, and great results! Whether you’re new to resistance training or an avid lifter, this class can make a difference.
FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH CLASS, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. This class incorporates music, rhythm, coordination and balance for people living with functional limitations. Let the music and dance open your mind, lift your spirit and allow your body to move more freely. Are you living with a neurological or orthopedic condition that you feel limits your mobility? If so, this class is for you. Chairs available for those who prefer to sit and dance.

The work of Joseph Pilates taught without traditional props. Work those deep core muscles, which generate the body’s power to move in a strong and graceful way, combining precision with breathing. Learn unified body movement, lengthen, and strengthen your muscles, improve core stabilization. Pilates is a truly unique and effective workout. Pilates Mat is offered as an “All Levels” class, while Beginner / Intermediate is designed for new comers and those looking for modifications/alternatives in case of injuries etc. and Intermediate / Advanced is even more athletic and faster paced.

This barre class is inspired by the original barre format designed by founder Lotte Berk. Pure Barre is designed to challenge the body by recruiting small muscle twitch fibers through isometric holds and small movements to enhance the look of long and lean muscles. This exercise format is low impact and is appropriate for all exercise levels and abilities. The proof is in the results, so come experience your new favorite workout!

These classes allow people with Parkinson’s to experience the joys and benefits of exercise and dance, while creatively addressing symptom-specific concerns related to balance, cognition, motor skill, depression and physical confidence. Join Gerontologist Jennifer Hubbard, who brings her knowledge about, rhythm, aesthetic awareness and cognitive exercise to persons with PD. Become a P.D. Gladiator!
