Responsibilities:

• Conduct swimming lessons for children, focusing on water safety, stroke technique, and overall swimming proficiency.
• Create and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate, engaging, and structured to meet the needs of individual students or groups.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Evaluate and track students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Build rapport with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork, confidence, and a love for swimming.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a swim instructor, preferably with youth.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain them prior to starting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and parents/guardians.
• Patience and a positive attitude when working with young learners.

• Reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills.
