The Zenergy Spa: Current Policies

For your health and safety, the Zenergy spa has specific operational protocols are in place. Please read the important information below.

  • The Zenergy Spa reception desk is open Monday through Saturday.
  • Strict hand washing and sanitizing protocols are in place.
  • Cancellation policy: Appointments must be cancelled 24-hour prior to avoid being charged in full for booked service(s). If you are unwell the day of your service, you must provide notice by 10am for all fees to be waived.
  • Guests will provide payment at booking; no cash will be accepted. A credit card terminal will be available for walk-in appointments.
  • All spa guests will be asked to complete an online information and release form prior to their first treatment.

Late Policy:

Zenergy spa appointments must start and finish promptly per their scheduled timeframe. Please arrive at the Zenergy Spa at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment for an optimal experience.

For Late Arrivals:

  • If it is possible for a portion of your service to be completed within the amount of time remaining, we will do so with the mutual understanding that you will not receive the full service originally scheduled.
  • When partial treatment is not applicable, we will have to reschedule your appointment, but you will be responsible for the full amount for the missed service.

Youth Policy:

  • Children under the age of 8 are not allowed in the Spa, but may be accompanied by an adult in the nail salon.
  • Children ages 8 to 13 may have Spa services, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the service.
  • Spa services for minors 14-18 are offered with the signature of a parent or legal guardian at the time of service.
