Dear Zenergy Members, Staff, and Guests,

This post is updated as needed, and covers our current health & safety operational guidelines.

Spa is Open

The Zenergy Spa is open for services, and is operating under enhanced safety protocols and operational procedures.

New Waiver Release Form

All guests and members 18 years of age and over will be asked to sign an updated waiver release form before visiting the Club upon their initial visit/return. Please choose one of the three following options to complete your form.

2. Alternately, if you prefer, click <<THIS LINK>> to physically print and sign the same document.

3. Lastly, we are happy to present you with a blank copy of the document to sign when you check in at Zenergy. (We ask that you please review the content now so your check-in can be expedited.)

Payment/Cash Policy

Zenergy is not able to take cash to pay for transactions (or to tender as gratuity) at this time due to health considerations. Thanks for your understanding.

Check-In Procedures

A slightly more detailed check-in is required every time you enter the Club.

  • Guest Policy: Members are limited to bringing up to two guests per day, per family membership.
  • Face masks are a mandatory requirement in all common areas, including the locker rooms. When you’ve reached your workout space, the mask may be removed. If you do not bring a mask, the front desk will provide you with one.
  • Hand sanitizer is required to be used upon entry, and further use and/or hand washing is advised during your stay.
  • Class/pool registration before working out is required. See:
  • Temperature checks upon entering the Club are optional. Ask the Front Desk for assistance. Those with a temperature of 100.4° or above will be asked to leave.
  • If you have reserved a workout slot, please allow sufficient time to park and check in and still be ready to start at your allotted time.

Club Layout & Social Distancing 

  • Please maintain 6′ of distance whenever possible.
  • To accommodate one-way traffic wherever possible, please follow the marked traffic patterns throughout the Club.
  • The gym’s layout has been modified for spacing and flow. There are 17 cardio machines currently available – remember to be flexible if your preferred machine is in use.

Pools & Jacuzzi

  • Jacuzzi capacity is currently 8 users at a time.
  • Face masks are not required outside, but must still be worn while walking through the Club.
  • A parent can now reserve a lane line at other times during the day to swim with their child.
  • Prior registration for pool lane line reservations is required. Please visit our sign-up page to make your reservations up to 72 hours in advance.
  • Please arrive on time and depart on time from your reserved lane.
  • If you are signed-up for a lane line and learn that you cannot make it, please text us at 208-725-0595 as soon as possible to inform us so another member can take your spot. (Members needing the access code to signup can email or call the front desk.)

Locker Rooms

  • Face masks are to be worn in the locker rooms, except while in the showers or sauna.
  • Showers and saunas are open, steam rooms remain closed.
  • Dressing locations are marked on the floor throughout both locker rooms.  Please use these spots to maintain social distancing.
  • If your locker is in an area where the maximum number of individuals are already changing, please be patient and respectful.
  • Saunas are limited to one individual at a time; sessions are capped at 15 minutes.

Personal Training & Pilates

  • Personal training & Pilates private/semi-private lessons are being held.  To schedule an appointment, please contact Yvette Hubbard 208-725-0595 x111.

Class Size, Registration, and Cancellation

We continue to maintain member and staff safety while keeping current with any local or other health regulations.

  • Participation in studio classes is limited to 10 people.
  • All classes currently require pre-registration: please visit our sign-up page to create your sign-ups up to 72 hours in advance.
  • If you are signed-up for a class and learn that you cannot make it, please text us at 208-725-0595 as soon as possible to inform us so another member can take your spot. (Members needing the access code to signup can email or call the front desk.)
  • Tennis clinics are ongoing, though some are limited to tennis members only. Ask for details from the tennis desk, 208-725-0595 x108. Otherwise, check the class schedule and call the front desk to register.

Member & Guest Responsibility

  • If you have any symptoms of illness whatsoever, do not come to the club.
  • Please maintain social distancing while using the club. Be aware of those around you and keep your workout space contained.
  • In addition to Zenergy staff cleaning throughout the day, we ask that you wipe down machines and equipment before and after use.
