Current Club Policies

Dear Zenergy Members, Staff, and Guests,

This post is updated as needed, and covers our current operational guidelines.

Member & Guest Responsibility

  • If you have any symptoms of illness whatsoever, do not come to the club.
  • In addition to Zenergy staff cleaning throughout the day, we ask that you wipe down machines and equipment before and after use.

Current Guest Pass Policy

Family and individual memberships are limited to bringing up to four guests per day Monday – Thursday and two guests per day Friday – Sunday.

New Waiver Release Form

All guests and members 18 years of age and over will be asked to sign an updated waiver release form before visiting the Club upon their initial visit/return. Please choose one of the three following options to complete your form.

3. Lastly, we are happy to present you with a blank copy of the document to sign when you check in at Zenergy. (We ask that you please review the content now so your check-in can be expedited.)

Payment/Cash Policy

Zenergy does not accept cash to pay for transactions (or to tender as gratuity) at this time. Thanks for your understanding.

Pools & Jacuzzi

  • Spa clientele and member guests can reserve a class or lane line two-hours prior subject to availability.
  • Members can register for a lane line three days in advance.
  • Family swim time (two lanes closest to the club/east) Monday through Friday 3pm until closing. Saturday and Sunday 1pm until closing.
  • Outdoor pool lane reservations are required from opening until 1pm daily. Thereafter lane six (furthest west) will be open for reservations. The remaining three lanes will be open swim lane lines.
  • Indoor pool lane reservations are required.
  • Please arrive on time and depart on time from your reserved lane.
  • If you are signed-up for a lane line and learn that you cannot make it, please cancel your reservation on our app or call the front desk as soon as possible to inform us so another member can take your spot.
  • Pool Safety – parents must be present with children at all times. No floaties or life vests are allowed due to the false sense of safety they provide. Zenergy has noodles and kickboards available for use, no toys or balls.
  • No outside Food or Beverage. The Juice Bar in the Club is open all hours of operation.

Personal Training & Pilates

  • Personal training & Pilates private/semi-private lessons are being held.  To schedule a personal training or Pilates private lesson, please contact Kylon Myers 208-725-0595 x111.

Class Policies

  • Guests reservations for classes can only be made two hours in advance to allow members priority access.
  • Participation in all classes is limited to 14 people.
  • All classes currently require pre-registration: please visit our sign-up page to create your sign-ups up to 74 hours in advance.
  • If you are signed-up for a class and learn that you cannot make it, please cancel your reservation on our app or call the front desk as soon as possible to inform us so another member can take your spot. If a cancellation is made within two hours of the class start time, a $10 unregistration fee will be applied.
  • Tennis clinics are ongoing, though some are limited to tennis members only. Ask for details from the tennis desk, 208-725-0595 x108. Otherwise, check the class schedule and call the front desk or use the app to register.
