Summer Fitness Goal: Run a Race

Want to get in great shape this summer? Consider signing up for a race. Training for an event, such as a 5k, 10k or half marathon, can inspire you stick to a workout plan and push yourself harder. It’s a great way to keep yourself accountable and boost your fitness.

You still have time to put your best foot forward in one of these local races:

MAY
May 16: Girls on the Run Community 5k
May 23: Redfish Half Marathon (half marathon, 10k & 5k)

JUNE
June 6: Adams Gulch Fun Run (4.2 miles)
June 13: Sawtooth Relay (61.9 miles, teams of 6)
June 20: Sun Valley Half Marathon (half marathon, 10k, & 5k)

JULY
July 18: Elephant’s Perch Backcountry Run (16.5k & 10k)
