Positive thinking starts with positive language. So work on using positives instead of negatives when you're talking to yourself, family, friends, neighbors, and, of course, your gym buddies.
Physical activity is a proven way to boost your mood and lower stress. Thus, be sure to make regular workotus a top priority! Spending time with friends, helping others, laughing and practicing gratitude are other simple actions that can improve your outlook on life.
