Zenergy Re-Opens May 18 – Here’s What To Expect:

Dear Zenergy Members and Guests,

In anticipation of our opening on Monday, May 18, I want to update you on the new operational guidelines we will all be required to follow during this transitional time. We are optimistic that many of these measures are temporary. In the meantime, please review the following carefully to ensure a smooth reopening.

Spa patrons, please note that the hair studio and nail salon are currently open, by appointment, and the rest of the spa services are set to resume on June 1.

New Waiver Release Form

Per insurance requirements, all members 18 years of age and over will be asked to sign an updated waiver release form before visiting the Club upon their initial return. Please choose one of the three following options to complete your form.

3. Lastly, we are happy to present you with a blank copy of the document to sign when you check in at Zenergy. (We ask that you please review the content now so your check-in can be expedited.)

Check-In Procedures

A check-in will be required every time you enter the Club. The check-in process includes:

  • Workout registration. You will be asked your workout preference and your use of the space or class will need to be entered into the system. If you have pre-reserved a workout slot on the zenergysv.com website, your check-in process will be expedited.
  • During the initial transition, the member services team will be doing temperature checks for everyone entering the Club. Those with a temperature of 100.4° or above will be asked to leave.
  • Face masks will be required in all common areas. When you’ve reached your workout space, the mask may be removed. If you do not bring a mask, the front desk will provide you with one.
  • If you have reserved a workout slot, please allow sufficient time to park and check in and still be ready to start at your allotted time.

Layout & Usage Changes

  • To accommodate one-way traffic wherever possible, there are prescribed traffic patterns throughout the Club. These are simple, clearly marked and easy to follow.
  • The gym’s layout has been modified for spacing and flow. There are 17 cardio machines currently available – remember to be flexible if your preferred machine is in use.
  • Locker room use will be restricted to private locker owners and swimmers with lane reservations only, and is just for changing clothes (keys will be issued at the front desk).
  • The showers, steam rooms and saunas will remain closed.
  • Pre- and post-swim showering will occur at the indoor pool’s open shower.
  • Locker rooms are open for using the restroom and washing hands.

Member & Guest Responsibility
If you have any symptoms, or are coughing or sneezing, please stay home until you are better.
Please maintain social distancing while using the Club. Be aware of those around you and keep your workout space contained.
In addition to Zenergy staff cleaning throughout the day, we ask that you wipe down machines and equipment before and after use.
Please plan to bring your own headphones, as the Club cannot provide communal headphones for use.
Please be respectful of scheduled workout times and plan to end on time. However, if there is availability – space in another part of the gym – then you may be allowed to continue your workout. Before extending, check in with a front desk employee first.

Zenergy is Ready for You!

  • Zenergy has used this down time to do a full cleaning, and completed a number of necessary projects. These include:
  • A full deep clean of the whole facility.
  • Antimicrobial shield on all high touch surfaces, including all workout accessories.
  • New paint and stain throughout the Club.
  • Installation of a new HVAC air filtration and purification system.
  • Touchless faucets throughout.
  • The pools have been perfectly maintained during this time.
